||Day 1 : AmmanArrival at Alia International Airport where you will be met and assisted by our representative then transferred to your hotel at Amman for overnight.
Day 2: Amman- Kings way-Madaba- M Nebo- Kerak – Petra
After breakfast you will be met by your guide to visit Jersh. Jersh is the second most visited site in Jordan after Petra. The city was conquered by General Pompey in the 6th century BC and came under the Roman rule. The golden era of the city was during the Roman time when the city was called Geresa. It’s truly one of the best preserved Roman provincial towns in the world. You will then transfer to Madaba or the city of mosaic.Madaba is famous for the magnificent mosaics dated back to Byzantian and Umayyad period as well as the most famous mosaic which dates back to the 6th century, which illustrates the map of the Holy Land and Jerusalem. The map covers the floor of the St George church. Close by is Mountain Nebo, best known as the memorial of Moses. It is the presumed site of the death and burial site of the Prophet Moses. You will continue your journey till you reach to Kerak, a fortified town and castle. The castle built was built 900m above sea level and lies inside the walls of the old city. Proceed to Petra where you will check into your hotel.
Day 3 : Petra – Amman
After breakfast you will begin your visit of the spectacular city of Petra. You can never really prepare yourself to what you are going to see because your imagination will never reach to the beauty of the site. Petra, the Rose – Red city, is the most famous site in Jordan. It is one of the wonders of the world and a UNICCO heritage listed site. The Nabateens carved the city from the sheer rock face. It is the setting for the Hollywood move “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade” You will return back to Amman for overnight.
Day 4 :
After your breakfast you will be driven to the airport for your departure.
